Ingredients - 4 slices sandwich bread - 100 g sliced cheese suitable for melting, such as mantecoso or gouda - 20 g softened butter - Optional: 1 tomato, sliced, served alongside Steps 1. Spread the butter thinly over one side of each bread slice. 2. Put two slices in a frying pan, buttered sides down. Layer the cheese on top and cover with the remaining bread, buttered sides up. 3.
